Document Scanning Services in San Bernardino County, CA
Paperless Revolution provides document scanning throughout San Bernardino County — Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Redlands, Chino, and out to the High Desert. We operate from our own facility at 14944 Shoemaker Ave. in Santa Fe Springs and have been digitizing business records across Southern California for more than 16 years.
The Paperwork the Logistics Corridor Generates
The stretch from Ontario through Fontana and Rialto moves an enormous share of the goods entering the United States, and every pallet leaves a paper trail. Bills of lading, proofs of delivery, manifests, driver logs, inspection reports, damage claims, and carrier agreements accumulate at a rate that office-based businesses never see.
The problem isn’t storage, it’s retrieval under pressure. When a shipment is disputed, a claim is filed, or an auditor asks for records covering a specific quarter, someone has to produce the paperwork quickly. Boxes in a mezzanine can’t do that. Indexed digital records can.
Priced by the Box
We price by the box, based on a standard page count for a box of records — not by the page. Count your boxes and you know your cost before we start.
For high-volume operations this matters more than it does elsewhere. A distribution business measuring its archive in hundreds of boxes cannot get a meaningful number out of a per-page quote, because nobody has counted the pages and nobody is going to. Per-box pricing is the only version of this you can actually budget against.
Our rates run below the industry averages. We carry less overhead than the national firms — one facility, no regional office network, no commissioned sales force — and that difference goes into your quote rather than their operating costs.

How a Project Runs
- 1. Free consultation and quote. We come out, count what you have, and give you a written price up front.
- 2. Scheduled pickup. Planned around your operation — including early or late windows if a warehouse runs shifts. Every box is logged and tracked.
- 3. Preparation. Staples, clips, and bindings removed; folds flattened; torn pages repaired.
- 4. Scanning. Captured at 300 DPI or higher. Optical character recognition is available as an option, which makes the finished files fully text-searchable rather than pictures of documents.
- 5. Indexing and quality control. Files indexed to the fields you search by — PO number, carrier, date, job number — then checked for page count, skew, and legibility.
- 6. Delivery and disposition. Digital files delivered on the media or cloud storage you prefer. Originals are then securely shredded with a certificate of destruction, or returned to you for a return fee if you’d rather keep them.
Security and Compliance
Records are handled by trained staff inside our own secured facility — scanning is never subcontracted. Chain of custody is documented from pickup through delivery, and we’re HIPAA-compliant, which matters for the clinics, firms, and finance offices we work with as well as for anyone handling employee records.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you come out to the Inland Empire, and to the High Desert?
Yes to both. The Ontario and Fontana corridor is a routine run for us, and we schedule Victorville and Apple Valley pickups as well. Tell us where you are and we’ll be straight with you about timing.
Can you handle very large volumes?
Yes. Large archives are scheduled in batches so your operation isn’t disrupted and so you can verify each batch as it comes back rather than waiting for everything at the end.
How is it priced?
Per box, based on a standard page count for a box of records. Index fields and OCR are quoted on top if you want them. Written price before any work begins.
What happens to the paper?
Once scanning and quality control are complete, we securely shred it and issue a certificate of destruction as standard. If you’d rather have the originals back, we can return them for a return fee — tell us before the project starts.
